I was born in Spain, we are a family of 6, we have 3 daughters and a little dog named Vito, thinking about his protection makes me understand that shielding oneself in the face of adversity is priceless.

I am an Agricultural Engineer, Graduate in Food Science and Technology, with a Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, I developed a company in this area, dedicated to promoting healthy habits. In the last 5 years I have worked for a health technology company, as a Health Coach and in the Marketing Department, planning how to incorporate healthy habits into our lives.
